All UFCCM Clergy:
That time of the year is approaching for all UFCCM licensed clergy for renewal of Ministerial credentials. Regardless of level of ministry, the Annual Fee is the same for all, $25.00. This fee validates your License for one year.
This fee is due at Headquarters by March 31st annually. If you are a member of the Clergy, please send in your renewal fee. Make out check or Money Order to: The UFCCM or you may submit payment through registration above our PayPal or Givelify portals.

We are once again offering optional Photo Identification cards. If you desire the Photo ID, the fee is an additional $10.00. If you previously have had a photo ID, the fee is only $5.00. For new Photo ID request send a color jpeg photo with your renewal fee plus $10.00.
