UFCCM-Headquarters Jurisdiction; The Lead Jurisdiction within
the UFCCM, with it's jurisdictional headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland
All Non-Continental US-Territories, and all foreign countries that become a part
of the UFCCM are placed with HQ-Jurisdiction until further stipulations are made.

The Headquarters Jurisdiction is currently comprised
